Multi-axes rotary gimbals and pan-tilt systems can be easily integrated.

IntelLiDrives linear steppers can approach closed loop performance with the advantages of the open loop design. Repeatability of 0.0001" and displacement accuracy of 0.0005" can be achieved without the expense of feedback devices. For ultimate performance, IntelLiDrives linear servo motor actuators supplied with micron grade linear encoders and controller in closed loop servo mode.
